⚖ LEGAL NOTICE — CODE 418(b) COMPLIANCE REQUIREMENT
You are required to complete this training module as a condition of your Ocular Compliance
record. Completion does not guarantee your fine will be reduced. Non-completion will result
in a further fine. Attempting to complete the training while blinking is a separate offence
under Code 418(d): Ironic Non-Compliance During Compliance Training.
ABOUT THIS MODULE
Blink Training Simulator Module BT-7 is the standard HOOCER ocular suppression programme,
mandated for citizens who have received one or more Notices of Ocular Infringement under
Ocular Compliance Code 418.
The simulation will present you with a period during which you must keep your eyes open.
HOOCER's automated Blink Detection Engine (BDE v3.7) will monitor your eyelid activity
throughout. If a blink is detected, it will be noted.
The training consists of three phases:
Phase 1: Calibration — BDE establishes your baseline blink frequency
Phase 2: Suppression Training — You attempt not to blink for 60 seconds
Phase 3: Assessment — Your performance is evaluated and a grade is assigned
IMPORTANT: No citizen has ever passed this module. This is not a design flaw.
The training module is intended to be completed, not passed. Completion generates a record
of your attempt. The record will be reviewed during your annual ocular assessment.
Do not bring snacks to the assessment.
By beginning this training you confirm you have read the above, accept Code 418 terms,
and acknowledge that HOOCER does not guarantee comfortable seating during the assessment.
